Police was founded in Italy in 1983 and focused on eyewear, especially sunglasses. They quickly became known for their modern, edgy style and daring designs, perfect for the 1980’s where sunglasses had become an important fashion statement.

After attaining international success with their eyewear Police began to expand into fragrances in the 90’s to great acclaim. Their first fragrance ever to be released was the self-titled Police Original (1997), an aromatic fougere for men with bergamot, mint and lavender that ended up being a huge success and perfectly in line with the brands unique style.

Since then Police have released several outstanding fragrances for men, including To Be (2011), a fresh combination of black pepper, grapefruit and violet in an eye-popping glass skull bottle.
